Amanda and her family live in Durango, Colorado. She has over 5 years experience in nonprofit administration, a BA in Sociology (magna cum laude) from the University of Arizona, and is a Masters of Business Administration student at the University of Arizona. As a veteran of the US Navy, mother, and wife, Amanda understands that nonprofits start from a heart of hope and passionate resistance.
She specializes in natural resource and education grant funding and is an expert using QuickBooks. She has helped organizations raise over $2 million in grant funding, awards, and donations.
Common Good Assistants LLC was founded by Amanda to help nonprofit organizations overcome common obstacles like budget cuts and staff burnout. Recognizing the need for sustainable support, she established an organization committed to enhancing the capacity of those working to make a positive impact.
